Warranty plain and simple

• Manufacturing defects – 45 days from receipt (Backpacks & Paddles), free replacement.
• Manufacturing defects – 6 months from receipt of 50% off product if available. Non availability of like product we will provide an equivalent credit towards purchase of a new paddle.

 

Returns (Unused Items Only)

We accept returns on unused items that are in original packaging and in new, resalable condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and include all original components, manuals, and accessories.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Used, opened, worn, washed, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

 

Important Notes:

  • Paddles
    • Edgeless paddles must have protective tape to help extend the life of the paddle and it is included, and replacement can be purchased on our website or on Amazon.
    • Abuse, improper use or neglect of paddles not covered. We have paddles that have been played with consistently for 6+ months with no issues.
    • We have used erasers on these paddles with no issues.
  • Backpacks
    • Backpacks have pockets for paddles with elastic at the top, excessive force or putting more than 6 paddles in this area can result in tearing (personal experience during testing). As a result, we have double stitched this area although to extend the life of the bag we recommend pulling on the elastic and pushing the paddle into the bag.
    • Backpacks can be machined washed on delicate cycle (All zippers fully zipped with empty bag) we recommend spraying a good stain remover on problems areas and allow to soak prior to normal cycle, air dry is the preferred method. NO BLEACH!
  • Shipping cost on all warranty returned products are not covered by Bash Athletics
    • All shipping returns are to be sent with receipt
